Welcome to The Palatial Homes. By booking a stay with us or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions which govern your relationship with our property.

Booking & Payments

  • Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified during the reservation process.
  • The remaining balance must be settled prior to or at the time of check-in via approved payment methods.
  • Government-issued identity proof is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

House Rules

  • Standard check-in time is 12:00 Noon and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
  • We maintain a peaceful environment; loud music or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.
  • Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. All indoor spaces are strictly non-smoking.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or fixtures during their stay.

Occupancy

  • The maximum occupancy for each service apartment must be strictly adhered to (6 Adults + 3 Extra Persons).
  • Sub-letting or hosting unauthorized visitors overnight is not permitted.

Liability

The Palatial Homes management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings. We recommend using the provided storage safely and keeping valuables secure.
